About Us

Pilgrim Construction began operations in February of 2000, guided by the leadership of President Felicia Pilgrim and the experience of her Vice President, Brian Pilgrim. Felicia and Brian both grew up within the pipeline construction community, meeting for the first time as children when their parents were employed on the same project. Brian Pilgrim has worked in the pipeline industry since his teenage years and has left his mark on numerous large cross-country pipeline projects, while Felicia oversees operations and issues orders from the home office in Heidelberg, Mississippi.

In its early days, Pilgrim Construction primarily focused on smaller construction projects such as meter station fabrication, anomaly digs, recoats and launcher/receiver installations. Once that foundation was established, our customers began relying on the additional services we offered. We have grown to meet our customers' needs and have successfully completed multiple grass-roots compressor station projects and multi-mile pipeline installations. Now, we have once again adapted to our customers’ desires as the energy investment landscape shifts. As of 2020, we are proud to offer renewable energy and large diameter water line construction services.

Although the capabilities of Pilgrim Construction have developed significantly since the smaller projects in the company's early days, we value our customers and have never lost sight of the quality of work we provided in those initial years. This continuity of care is achieved through our staff of diverse project superintendents and a company culture of safety and values-based leadership, driven by a determination to perform every job to the utmost of our abilities.
